• Generation Zero memberships/subscriptions can be cancelled by sending a cancellation request to distrivonetworks@gmail.com.

• Cancellation requests will be reviewed and processed within 5–7 business days.

• All the refunds will be credited back to the original payment mode within 5-7 business days.

• Once a subscription is cancelled, access to private community features, future updates, and member-only experiences may be restricted or removed based on the subscription period.

• Generation Zero reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests in cases involving misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of community guidelines.
